These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the FitCONNECT service (website and mobile app). By using our services, you accept these terms.

1) Service purpose

FitCONNECT enables discovery of sports, wellness and leisure activities, booking, access to offers, and interactions between members and partners.

2) Account creation and access

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all actions taken from your account.

3) Code of conduct

  • Respect other users, partners, and applicable laws.
  • No fraud, impersonation, spam, harassment, or illegal content.
  • No bypassing security mechanisms (QR, payments, access).

4) Published content

  • You guarantee that you hold rights to the content you publish.
  • You remain responsible for content you submit.
  • FitCONNECT may remove any content that violates these terms.

5) Bookings, payments and subscriptions

  • Prices, offers and availability are shown at booking time.
  • Subscriptions, renewals and cancellations follow the rules shown in the app.
  • If a payment fails, some features may be suspended.

6) Suspension, limitation and termination

FitCONNECT may suspend, limit or close an account in case of terms violation, abusive use, fraud, or for legal/security reasons.

7) Availability and liability

  • The service is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
  • We implement reasonable efforts for security and continuity.
  • Our liability is limited to proven direct damages, within applicable legal limits.

8) Intellectual property

Service elements (brands, logos, design, texts, software components) are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

9) Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use. The version in force is the one displayed on this page. In case of major changes, a notice may be shown in the app or on the website.

10) Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by applicable law in Tunisia, subject to mandatory local rules. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution attempt is preferred before legal action.
