In three steps

How it works

1

You request

Pick an offer, a time and the number of people in the app. Nothing is charged: the slot is held for you.

2

The partner accepts

He has a short deadline to answer. You get a notification either way — and if he stays silent, the request expires and the slot is free again.

3

You pay

Once accepted, “Pay” unlocks in the app. You pay by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, national and international cards) through the bank’s secure page. Your booking is then confirmed.

What protects you

  • Nothing is charged before the partner accepts.
  • You pay on the bank’s own secure page; FitCONNECT TN never sees your card number.
  • You can withdraw your request any time before paying.

Good to know

  • A paid booking is final. It cannot be cancelled or refunded in the app.
  • A problem — for example the partner cancels? Contact us and we look at your case. [email protected]
  • Without a paid membership, a booking fee of 5 TND is added to each booking. Members pay no fee and get their discount.
